Who are we and what do we offer?
Our principal Ross has over 40 years’ experience working in Local Government as a Health and Building Surveyor and helping people legitimize illegal and unauthorized building works and use. We can take the extreme stress out of the project and work with you to smoothly obtain your approval from Council.
We work closely with industry experts to pull together all the required certification and documentation to present a full application to Council.
If you are wishing to sell your property and did not, or were unable to obtain your Occupation Certificate we can assist you to obtain a Building Certificate that will legalize the property fit and ready for sale.
With our experience and professional understanding of Council processes across NSW we are in a position to work through the process with minimal stress for our clients.
We are able to prepare full Building Code of Australia (BCA) reports for our clients.
We will liaise with the Council on your behalf to again minimize your stress.
If you need to lodge a DA we can assist with the preparation of full documentation for your application.
